Today, my family and I finally made it out to Rockin' K Farms in Robstown and honestly, it was one of those days that makes you forget you're still in South Texas. The minute you pull up, you're surrounded by the smell of kettle corn, hay bales stacked high, and the sound of families laughing somewhere in the distance. It's the kind of place that feels like a small-town fair wrapped up in one big family-friendly adventure.

What to Expect on a Visit

You'll find classic fall festival setup with attractions and kid-friendly activities spread across large outdoor grounds. Some of these include a multi-acre corn maze, a pumpkin patch and pumpkin displays, giant slides, a goat barn, a cow train, backyard games, multiple photo ops, seasonal festival food and adult beverages. Most attractions are included with the standard admission, though premium activities and food items may be extra.

If you've never been to Rockin' K Farms, make the trip. It's not just for the kids, it's for anyone that wants to feel like a kid again. Bring your friends, your camera, and a good sense of humor (especially for the maze).
